Return & Refund Policy – Elkon Clothings

At Elkon Clothings, we work hard to ensure you enjoy a smooth and satisfying online shopping experience. However, if you are not fully happy with your purchase, you may request a return, refund, or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Please read the policy carefully before submitting your request.

Return & Exchange Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be neatly packed in the original re-sealable package.

  • The invoice must be included inside the package.

  • Items must not be worn, washed, altered, or damaged.

  • All original tags and labels must be attached and intact.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Fill out and submit the Service Request Form available on this page.

  2. Our team will contact you if any further clarification is required.

  3. Once approved, we will arrange the return or exchange process.

Exchange Process

  • In most cases, exchanges will be dispatched within 2 working days, depending on stock availability.

  • Returning items will be collected at the time your replacement item is delivered.

  • A collection & re-delivery fee of Rs. 240/- may apply.

  • The full process typically takes 3–7 working days to complete.

Refund Process

  • Returned items can be collected via our courier or you may send them through a reliable courier service.

  • Refunds will be issued only after inspection of the returned items.

  • The refund will include the product value only (delivery charges are non-refundable).

  • Refunds will be transferred to your nominated bank account.

  • A notification with proof of transfer will be sent once the process is completed.

  • Refunds are generally processed within 2 working days after we receive your return.

Important Notes

  • If returned items do not meet the above requirements, the products will be sent back to you immediately.

  • Elkon Clothings reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if any item shows signs of:

    • Wear or use

    • Alteration

    • Damage

    • Misuse
